The Marston Exploration Theater is a great venue located on the ASU Tempe campus. It is inside the Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building IV. The venue uses Definiti SkySkan Planetarium technology utilizing 4K projection systems that render Earth and Space Science themes in 3-D stereographic vision. What does that all mean? It means that the projection is state-of-the-art and amazing. Our Blare production teams have shot and live streamed several events for the Keen School of engineers. We’ve been able to work close with the school to bring in our own cameras and switcher. The event we are part of is the Engineering Grand Challenges Series. It is a 12 event live streaming series. The streaming events are divided the Bio Center and this theater.
After visiting the Marston Exploration Theater I only had one question. That was, when are they going to play Star Wars? That would be amazing to watch there.
