Company Culture Video

Here is a company culture video for Williams-Sonoma. The goal of the video was to find out first hand what the culture is like at the company. The second goal was to dig in and find out what working at the company has meant to the employees. This video was sceduled to be shown in times for the company’s Christmas employee event. That meant we had to streamline the shoot and edit.

This video was shot at the Williams-Sonoma’s call center. It was a large facility. We had 30 employees sceduled for a long day of shooting. In order to get everyone we setup a white backdrop inside one of the conference rooms. We setup two cameras to have two angles to cut to. Ro Leon was the director on set guiding the interviewees. Enrique Meza was our director of photography and Edward Rice was the grip. Are team was pretty efficient. They were lucky to carve out some time to capture B-Roll footage. For that footage we captured employees at work. There were also plenty of house hold goods we were able to film. The post-production was done in our editing center. Our editing team made the interviews selections with the help of our director. In the end, the video ws a success. We defintely captured the company culture. Check it out for yourself.
